Saucy Sally got this rub from this recipe. She made extra, and we keep it in the cabinet.1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chile powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp cayenne*
1 1/2 tsp salt
* Saucy Sally is kind of a spice wimp. She says she probably puts in 1/4 tsp cayenne (and even then she'll still tear up a little).
